School has changed radically since many parents attended themselves. Parents may not be sure of the protocols for approaching their school when there is a difficulty in ways that will get the best outcome for their child.
Objectives of this Course
Parents will be guided through the types of encounters that match the query they have. These include:
- the playground or classroom approach
- the walk-in
- the phone call
- scheduled appointment
- mediation
